The most common issues I have seen is people using older Mac hardware that is not supported and listed in the System Requirements listing hardware provision versions. General rule of thumb is Apple hardware in the last year as we needed the hardware upgrades from Apple for AutoCAD for Mac graphics.

Currently no Windows 7 driver is listed in the downloads in the software center on Cisco. Then select Everyone and tick the Allow checkbox for the Full Control permission. Type your K9 password and complete the uninstall.
